Director of Operations
David Hannah is from Scotland where he played for most of his 23 year professional career, notably for Scottish Premiership teams Dundee United and Celtic FC. Since retiring, David has held a number of player development and technical director positions in Canada, Scotland, Finland and Iceland. He is currently finishing a B.A. in Business & Enterprise in Sport at Edinburgh Napier University.
David’s successes in the coaching arena are underpinned by a wealth of experience in soccer as a Player, Head Coach, Sporting Director, Technical Director and Elite High Performance and Soccer Development Coach, as well as a portfolio of industry knowledge and qualifications.
David’s qualifications include:
- National B Licence (Canadian Soccer Association)
- Technical Director Diploma (Ontario Soccer Association)
- Disabilities Awareness Training (Dundee City Council)
- UEFA A Licence (Scottish Football Association)
- UEFA B Licence (Scottish Football Association)

Rachel MacDonald is from Halifax, Nova Scotia and has been a member of Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club both as a player and a coach for over 10 years. Rachel has been coaching at Dunbrack for the last 6 years and became involved in the Dunbrack Grassroots Program in the summer of 2021.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University and is currently completing her second and final year of the Bachelor of Education program at Mount Saint Vincent University.
